Psychological Evaluations
Oceania Consulting works with a team of Therapists specializing in Immigration Evaluations. Immigration Evaluations are expert evaluations conducted by licensed mental health professionals to diagnose mental health issues such as depression, abuse (verbal or physical), anxiety and or other traumatic symptoms that can often times arise within relationships of persons having distinct cultures. A complete evaluation includes a comprehensive report of the mental health professional's assessment. Sessions are conducted in a private, safe and professional environment that breeds confidence and security. Immigration Evaluations will fortify an Immigration case which is why they are often times used by attorney’s to affirmatively impact their immigration cases.
Business Plans
A business plan is a road map that details a business' objectives, goals and the detailed process for achieving said goals. A good business plan includes financial, operational, and marketing strategies outlining a realistic path that leads to a successful business. Business plans are normally used for new Startup businesses and are essential to convincing an audience of the business effectiveness and success. Our plans are specifically targeted to foreign investors looking to open a new business in the U.S or who are applying for investor visas.

Do you work with attorneys for Immigration Services?
Oceania Consulting has a broad range of professional offices that they work with, although we do not offer attorney services, we have a network of certified law firms to handle your every need and are happy to refer their services.
Is an Immigration Evaluation required for every Petition?
Short answer, no. Every petition is different, usually your attorney handling your case will let you know if an immigration evaluation is recommended.
Are your Business Plans effective?
We have had a high success rate with the business plans that we provide and find that they are often times essential to the nature of the petition requiring them.
